ZINC · B6 · VITAMIN C

Zinc, paired

correctly.

Zinc runs over 300 enzymes — and depletes copper when taken alone. Zinc Plus adds B6, vitamin C, and chelated copper to deliver immune, skin, and metabolic support without throwing mineral balance.

Zinc Plus bottle
ZINC ENZYMES
300 enzymes depend on zinc

A trace mineral, everywhere.

Zinc is a cofactor in immunity, wound healing, taste, smell, hormone synthesis, and collagen formation. It's also one of the minerals most commonly low in standard diets and in high-demand patients.

MINERAL BALANCE
2 mg chelated copper

Zinc without copper loss.

Long-term zinc supplementation depletes copper — a setup for anemia and neurological issues. Zinc Plus builds in chelated copper at a ratio that keeps both minerals in range.

DAILY DOSE
1 capsule daily

Once-daily, well-tolerated.

Take one capsule daily with food. Zinc citrate is well-absorbed and gentler on the stomach than zinc sulfate — a better choice for daily use.

MAY BENEFIT

Zinc is
an architect mineral.

01
Immune function
Zinc supports T-cell maturation and antibody response — the backbone of adaptive immunity.
02
Skin, hair, nails
Collagen synthesis and keratin production both depend on zinc as a structural cofactor.
03
Digestive health
Zinc carnosine and zinc enzymes support gastric lining repair and mucosal integrity.
04
Reproductive health
Zinc is concentrated in reproductive tissue and supports testosterone and sperm quality.
05
Prostate support
Prostate tissue has some of the highest zinc concentrations in the body.
06
Wound healing
Collagen deposition and fibroblast activity in wound repair are zinc-dependent processes.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Why include copper?
Zinc and copper compete for absorption, and long-term zinc supplementation without copper can create a deficiency — leading to anemia, connective-tissue issues, and neurological symptoms. Zinc Plus includes chelated copper at a balanced ratio so you can supplement zinc confidently for months at a time.
Zinc citrate vs zinc picolinate vs zinc oxide?
Zinc citrate strikes a good balance of absorption, cost, and stomach tolerance for daily use. Zinc picolinate has a slight absorption edge but is harsher for some. Zinc oxide has poor bioavailability and is best avoided in supplements.
Why B6 with zinc?
B6 (as P-5-P) and zinc are the two most commonly paired cofactors in neurotransmitter synthesis — they work together in enzymes like dopamine beta-hydroxylase. Low zinc and low B6 often track together, especially in patients with pyroluria-pattern symptoms.
When should I take it?
With food. Zinc on an empty stomach causes nausea for many people. Morning or midday dosing with a meal is usually well-tolerated.
Can I take it with iron or calcium?
Separate zinc from iron and calcium supplements by at least 2 hours — they compete for absorption in the gut. Most patients take zinc with breakfast and a separate mineral at lunch or dinner.
Is long-term supplementation safe?
At 30 mg zinc with matched copper, yes — this is the practitioner ratio designed for daily use. Periodically review dose with your practitioner, especially if you eat a lot of zinc-rich foods (oysters, red meat).
