The Protocol

01 / RECOGNIZE

MTHFR Variants

Roughly 1 in 3 Americans carry MTHFR variants that stall the methylation cycle.

02 / DELIVER

Direct Absorption

Fast-dissolving tablets release B12, B6, and 5-MTHF directly into the bloodstream.

03 / RESTORE

Downstream Flow

Supports mood, focus, sleep, hormones, and glutathione production — the downstream of methylation.

Formula

Transparent clinical dosing without unnecessary fillers.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What is methylation and why does it matter?
Methylation is a biochemical process your body performs billions of times per second — transferring a methyl group between molecules. It regulates over 200 downstream processes including neurotransmitter synthesis, DNA repair, hormone balance, immune function, and detoxification. When methylation stalls, everything downstream slows with it.
How do I know if I need Methylation Complete™?
Common signals include persistent fatigue, brain fog, anxiety or low mood, poor sleep, sensitivity to caffeine or medications, elevated homocysteine, and a family history of MTHFR variants. Our 60-second Self-Check on this page is a quick way to gauge likelihood. For certainty, an MTHFR genetic test (covered in our GenePro+ panel) gives a definitive answer.
What makes Methylation Complete™ different from a regular B-complex?
Three things. Every B is pre-converted to its active (methylated) form — B12 as methylcobalamin, folate as 5-MTHF, B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate — so your body doesn't have to activate them. It's sublingual, so the tablet dissolves under your tongue and bypasses your stomach for better absorption. And it's dosed for clinical support, not RDA minimums.
Is Methylation Complete™ safe to take during pregnancy?
Bioactive 5-MTHF is specifically recommended during pregnancy, especially for women with MTHFR variants who can't convert folic acid efficiently. That said, every pregnancy is individual — always consult your OB, midwife, or functional medicine practitioner before starting any new supplement during pregnancy.
When should I take it?
Directions recommend one tablet in the morning and one in the afternoon — taken 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. B vitamins can be energizing, so late-night dosing isn't ideal. Let each tablet fully dissolve under your tongue (1–3 minutes) rather than swallowing.
How long before I feel a difference?
Many people notice shifts in energy, mood, or mental clarity within 2 to 4 weeks. Full methylation-cycle adaptation can take 6 to 12 weeks. If you have a significant MTHFR variant and are new to methylated Bs, start slow — some people experience a brief adjustment period as the pathway opens up.
Can I take this alongside other supplements or medications?
Methylation Complete™ pairs well with most wellness stacks. Note that high-dose folate can interact with methotrexate (used for autoimmune conditions), certain anticonvulsants, and some chemotherapies. Always share your supplement list with your prescribing physician.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The tablets are vegetarian-friendly and free of common allergens. Full formulation is listed in the Supplement Facts above.
