Decoder

Your stack, translated.

Forms explain chemistry. Totals expose overlap. Neither tells you what you personally should take.

Important: A repeated nutrient is a review flag, not proof of excess. Serving size, diet, laboratory results, medications, pregnancy, kidney function, and clinical context can change interpretation.

How to use it

A comparison aid. Not a protocol.

01

Copy the label line.

Use the nutrient, chemical form, amount, and unit shown per serving.

02

Add the whole stack.

Repeated nutrients are grouped and converted to a common display unit.

03

Take questions, not conclusions.

Use the notes and totals to prepare a more specific practitioner conversation.

Evidence boundary

What this decoder cannot tell you.

It does not know your diet, laboratory results, diagnoses, medications, pregnancy status, kidney function, serving frequency, or clinician’s plan.

It does not score a form as universally “good” or “bad.” Chemical form, absorption, biomarker response, tolerability, and clinical outcome are different questions.

Do not use this tool to start, stop, or change a supplement or medication. Bring the original labels and the generated questions to a qualified healthcare professional.
