BONE DENSITY SUPPORT

Bone is

living tissue.

A four-nutrient bone stack — calcium citrate-malate, chelated magnesium, vitamin D, and a three-form vitamin K blend (K1, MK-4, MK-7) — designed for mineral absorption, remodeling, and long-term skeletal support.

PROFESSIONAL GRADE · 120 CAPSULES · CALCIUM · MAGNESIUM · VITAMIN K2

Bone Support Plus bottle
ABSORPTION
2x daily with food

Bioavailable mineral forms.

Calcium citrate-malate and magnesium bisglycinate chelate are the better-absorbed forms of each mineral. Delivered twice daily with food, the way the gut handles calcium best.

VITAMIN K
3 forms of vitamin K

K1, MK-4, and MK-7.

Vitamin K activates osteocalcin, the protein that binds calcium to bone. Three distinct forms — phytonadione, menaquinone-4, menaquinone-7 — cover the short and long-acting versions of the vitamin.

DAILY DOSE
4 capsules per day total

Two in the AM, two in the PM.

Twice-daily dosing raises calcium and magnesium to recommended levels when combined with a balanced diet — the pattern the research supports for bone density.

MAY BENEFIT

Density is built
over decades.

01
Bone mineral density
Calcium and vitamin D are the foundation nutrients for maintaining skeletal mass across the lifespan.
02
Bone remodeling
Magnesium supports the enzyme systems that break down and rebuild bone tissue daily.
03
Calcium routing
Vitamin K2 helps direct calcium into bone and away from soft tissue and arterial walls.
04
Peak bone mass
Supporting mineral intake in teenagers and young adults helps establish higher lifetime peak density.
05
Post-menopausal support
The mineral + K2 combination helps slow the accelerated bone loss of the perimenopause transition.
06
Mineral balance
Boron and three-form K help keep calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus coordinated across tissues.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Why do I need vitamin K if I already take calcium and D?
Calcium and vitamin D get calcium into the bloodstream. Vitamin K2 (MK-4 and MK-7) activates the proteins that route that calcium into bone — and away from arteries and soft tissue. Taking calcium without K2 leaves that routing step underfed.
Why take it twice a day instead of all at once?
The gut can only absorb so much calcium in a single dose. Splitting the 500 mg/day target across morning and evening meals improves overall absorption and reduces the GI side effects some people get from large single doses.
Who is this formula for?
Adults focused on bone health — peak-bone-mass years through post-menopausal support and men and women with identified osteopenia or osteoporosis risk. Children take only with practitioner guidance.
Can I take it with my thyroid medication?
Calcium and magnesium can bind to levothyroxine and some other medications. Keep bone-support doses at least 4 hours apart from thyroid medication. Check with your practitioner or pharmacist if you take multiple medications.
Is the vitamin K a concern for blood thinners?
Yes — if you take warfarin or other vitamin K antagonists, do not start this formula without your prescribing physician's approval. Vitamin K directly interacts with that class of anticoagulants.
How long before bone density shifts?
Bone remodels slowly. Density changes are measured on DEXA scans over 1–2 years, not weeks. Most practitioners reassess 12–24 months after starting a bone-support regimen.
